Longer days are on the way and I hope you all get a chance to shed your February face and enjoy this weekend’s sunny break from winter.
February 11th is the deadline to register for the Presidents’ Day extra care on February 16th. We are already at full capacity for our primary program on that day, so if you are registered and do not plan to send your child to school that day, please let us know so we can offer your spot to someone else. For those primary families who are not registered and would like to attend, please email Sarah so your name can be added to the wait list. There is no additional cost for the day and all Woods Creek families are welcome to bring their children.
For students participating in our elementary after school care program, we want to remind parents to let us know when your child is not riding the RATS van on one of their scheduled days or when your child plans to ride the van on a day that has not been scheduled. Please inform Sarah in our office any day your child’s RATS van schedule is different so Samee Taylor can be certain of the students she is responsible for transporting back to our campus safely.
Please mark your calendars for a family potluck dinner on Friday, March 20th from 5:30 to 7:00, in W&L’s Doremus Gymnasium for all Woods Creek students and their families. The attached flyer contains more details. If you have more than one child at WCM, no need to bring items for both classrooms, just pick the food item you would prefer to bring.
